    This is a 20 Ligne Rock Island Swiss Porcelain pocket watch dial.  It is marked 21 Jewels above the seconds sub dial.
    It is in good, usable condition.  There is a thin hairline crack from 1 o'clock to the seconds sub dial.  The dial feet are at about 2:40 and 8 o'clock.   Please see pictures for description.
